My name is Julie Timko, I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. I have intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to help all buyers achieve their dream of becoming a homeowners in today’s dynamic market. I was born to successful Real Estate developers in Santa Cruz County for 40+ years. This has given me access to deep historical knowledge about the county and what a real estate landscape looks like.
I graduated from Soquel High School and San Jose State University. I am an avid runner and have run several half marathons and am also fluent in Italian. I am married to my loving husband, Mitchell and my proudest accomplishments are my children James and Sabrina.
